ENNEA: RENOVATION OF AN OLD HOTEL UNIT

When we first visited the building that eventually gave birth to “ENNEA” we saw a building from the 7o’s, in a really bad state, which had been abandoned for years. However, its amazing geographical position and its comfortable spaces gave us the right opportunity to give it life again. The operations carried out were holistic, almost only the load-bearing body was kept and all the old masonry was removed. Thus, from nine apartments that originally existed in the building, we were able to create eleven. Nevertheless, its name which is <<9 Luxury Rooms>> was given to honor its past.
